SWRL glasses are dishwasher-safe, but to maintain their pristine condition, certain precautions are recommended. Place them securely on the rack, ensuring there is ample space to prevent contact between glasses. Select a gentle or "glass care" setting on your dishwasher and use a mild, non-abrasive detergent.
Use lukewarm water and a gentle detergent formulated for delicate items, applying a soft cloth or brush designed for glassware to clean the bowl and stem. Take care to rinse thoroughly, ensuring no soap residue remains. To avoid damage, do not use abrasive scrubbing pads or expose the glass to sudden temperature changes.

What catches my attention outside of the amazing quality. Was the customer service. When was the last time a founder personally responded back to an inquiry? Sadly shipping caused some broken stems. Brandon made sure one was quickly mailed to me. He stayed in contact and kept his word. Now for the glass. Elegant light with a great sounding clink! All you can ask for in a wine glass.
SWRL could improve the buying experience by providing complete dimensional specifications for every glass, especially the base/foot diameter. This is important for customers who use hanging stemware racks, because the base has to physically fit through the rack opening. For example, I purchased the Burgundy glasses and later discovered that the base was too large to fit my stemware rack, while the Bordeaux and Champagne glasses fit correctly. If the base diameter had been listed on the product page, I could have verified compatibility before ordering. I would recommend listing, for every glass: Base/foot diameter Rim diameter

Great glasses!
Unfortunately one glass arrived broken. I’m waiting for the replacement before I get to use them. I know these things happen, so hopefully the replacement arrives quickly and I can test them out. The customer service response has been quick and very professional. This alone has made me interested in remaining a customer.
