Handling

SWRL glasses are thoughtfully designed to balance elegance and durability, but proper care is essential to maintain their refined beauty. Always handle them by the stem to avoid putting unnecessary stress on the delicate bowl. When toasting or clinking, use a light touch to preserve their integrity. To protect the glass further, avoid placing ice cubes directly into the bowl.

Dishwasher Safe

SWRL glasses are dishwasher-safe, but to maintain their pristine condition, certain precautions are recommended. Place them securely on the rack, ensuring there is ample space to prevent contact between glasses. Select a gentle or "glass care" setting on your dishwasher and use a mild, non-abrasive detergent.

Handwashing

Use lukewarm water and a gentle detergent formulated for delicate items, applying a soft cloth or brush designed for glassware to clean the bowl and stem. Take care to rinse thoroughly, ensuring no soap residue remains. To avoid damage, do not use abrasive scrubbing pads or expose the glass to sudden temperature changes.

Polishing

For the best results, polish your glasses immediately after washing to prevent water spots. Use a clean, lint-free microfiber cloth or a soft polishing cloth for the best finish. If stubborn spots remain, lightly mist the glass with a solution of water mixed with 10% rubbing alcohol, then polish again to achieve a flawless shine.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
